We at DenLorsTools treat our customers as we like to be treated, our goal is to have you as a regular customer. Your 100% satisfaction is our formula for success! The following policies have been put into place with this in mind.
Items purchased from DenLorsTools.com are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only. DenLors Tools does not directly cover any products. Within the first 30 day's from the date of purchase DenLors Tools will assist in facilitating replacement or repair of defective products. Warranty replacement or repair is determined by the respective manufacturer. Items which are mis-used will not be covered. The manufacturer's warranty may be in force beyond 30 days of the initial purchase date. With this being stated; we rarely have a problem with defects because our products are new, NOT reconditioned unless otherwise noted (however, if you have a problem we'll work with you). A very small percentage of items are damaged during shipment (by carriers like UPS or Fedex), if this occurs, notify us as soon as possible so we can start a claim with the carrier. You will be shipped a replacement once the damaged item is returned (we will deal with the shipping company, this is not your problem). With truck shipped items (freight shipped by truck), inspect for damage prior to accepting delivery. Truck/Freight shipping is much more expensive than regular carrier services. It is the customer's responsibility for pay for return shipment if needed due to a damaged Truck/Freight shipped item being wrongfully accepted. Therefore, it is imperative that Truck/Freight items are inspected thoroughly before accepting delivery. If the item is damaged DO NOT accept delivery and notify us. Items that are outside 30 days from the purchase date, will need to be shipped by you, directly to the manufacturer if an extended warranty applies. Manufacturer warranty information and instructions are typically included within the package of the product (warranty information can also be obtained from the manufacturer). We do not handle manufacturer warranties directly, so we recommend keeping any warranty information that may be received with the package and a copy of your invoice until the warranty period expires. You are responsible for any shipping costs, both to and from DenLorsTools or the respective manufacturer if there is a warranty issue or if an item is damaged by the shipping company during transit.
The manufacturer's warranty does not cover any product or part which has been subjected to mis-use, abuse, modification, negligence or accident, nor does it cover any product which is used for any purposes other than that for which it is intended as stated in the specific manufacturer's product literature. DenLors Tools is not liable to you or any third party for special, incidental, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages or any other economic hardship arising out of the use of or inability to use the products and in all cases our liability is limited strictly to assisting in replacement, or repair or the value of the products purchased within 30 days of purchase date. Beyond initial 30 days, DenLors Tools is not responsible for assisting in any warranty, manufacturer warranty, claims or repair claims. All conditions are are governed by U.S. federal law and/or the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding shall be instituted only in a state or federal court located in the state of Florida.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, rest assured you can return it in most cases (within 30 days of purchase date). Due to licensing of copyright materials such as products which have built in electronics, i.e., scan tools, videos, CDs, DVDs software, software updates including all brands are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. On other items, to return or exchange, please email your request
including the reason for return or request for an exchange. Once your request has been received and approved, we will provide you with a return address, an authorization number and include details on restocking fees. Merchandise must be shipped back within 30 days from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment, so we recommend you purchase insurance from your carrier. Any refunds made will NOT include shipping costs to or from DenLors Tools: this includes charges incurred by DenLors Tools, even though our customer received free shipping originally. In example for a Time Sert product that was shipped with Free Next Day shipping, an additional $40 will be deducted from the refund amount along with a restocking fee of 20%. Shipping must be prepaid and tracking information emailed to us so we can verify your return's arrival to the restocking warehouse. A 20% restocking fee based on the price on the original purchase price will be applied. As stated above, delivery charges are not refundable. The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging (sell-able as new). We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered or if any parts or packaging are missing, making it not sell-able as new. We will arrange shipment of a replacement product exchange, or issue a credit or refund as you have requested within 5 business days of receipt of your return to our address.
Cancelling an Order
Once an order has been successfully placed it is not always possible to cancel it. If our customer changes their mind and requests a cancellation, we will do our best to stop the order. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel orders after they have been dispatched to the warehouse. If we are able to cancel and stop the order from being processed, we will void the transaction with no fees applicable. If the order cannot be stopped, the order tracking will be emailed as usual. If our customer wants to return the item at that point, regular return procedures must be followed to insure proper credit less associated restocking fees (see Returns above).
Product descriptions and images are primarily provided by the manufacturers of the products we sell. Sale prices are verified at order fulfillment, if an incorrect price is listed, we reserve the right to void the sale at our discretion. We are not responsible for typographical, pictorial or pricing errors. It is our goal to offer the most complete and accurate automotive tool source possible for our customers. We strive to correct errors in listings and provide improved pictures and item descriptions whenever possible. If you question the accuracy of any of our listings please notify us of your concern prior to purchasing. We welcome any opportunity to improve our website and our product's descriptions. If for some reason we cannot fulfill an order due to a pricing misprint or a product that is out-of-stock you will be notified and refunded the full price of your order. If you receive an item which is significantly different than the description provided, we will accept a return and provide a full refund as long as the item is unused and in sellable condition - we are not responsible for the original shipping costs or expenses incurred for the return shipment.
